Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all ticket purchases made through the TickTech platform (“Platform”). By purchasing tickets on TickTech, users (“Customers”) and event organizers (“Organizers”) agree to the following terms:

1. No Cancellation by Customers

Once a ticket is successfully purchased through the Platform , cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to carefully review all event details before completing the purchase.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that an Organizer cancels an event on the scheduled date due to natural calamities, technical failures, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances:

• The event will be rescheduled to the next available date determined by the Organizer.
• Tickets purchased will remain automatically valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Refund Responsibility

If an Organizer cancels an event without rescheduling, or if a refund is otherwise applicable, the Organizer alone shall be responsible for processing such refunds.

TickTech acts solely as a ticketing facilitator and bears no responsibility for refunds, cancellations, or disputes between Customers and Organizers.

4. Non-Refundable Platform Fees

Any service charges, platform fees, payment gateway charges, or processing fees collected by TickTech at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree not to raise chargebacks or disputes directly with their bank or payment provider for ticket purchases made through the Platform.

Any issues must be resolved directly with the respective Organizer. TickTech will not be held liable for such disputes.

6. Organizer Liability

Organizers are solely liable for the execution, quality, and management of their events.

Customers acknowledge that TickTech is only a technology platform facilitating ticket sales and is not responsible for event performance, content, or Organizer commitments.

7. Policy Updates

TickTech reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
